Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding the Pet a Cat Discord bot ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using any of its commands and features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove the Bot from your server and discontinue use.

2. Eligibility and Discord Terms

You must adhere to the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the Bot. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or disrupt Discord's infrastructure through the Bot is strictly prohibited.

3. Virtual Currency and In-Game Items

The Bot features an in-game currency known as "Cabbits", alongside virtual items such as room backgrounds and petting stats. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Cabbits and virtual items have no real-world monetary value.
• Virtual items and currency cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, cryptocurrencies, or real goods.
• We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or reset virtual balances in the event of exploits, bugs, or game rebalancing.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Automating interactions with the Bot using unauthorized user bots or self-bots.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Bot's code or database.
• Using custom cat names that violate Discord's Community Guidelines, promote hate speech, or harass others.

5. Availability and Modifications

The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, commands, and functionality may be updated, modified, or retired at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the operators or developers of Pet a Cat be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot.

7. Contact and Support
